You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Woodhall Spa Parish Council Planning Committee to be held at the Council Offices, 17 Stanhope Avenue, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6SP on Tuesday 8th September 2026 at 7.15 p.m. A Public Forum will be held from 7.00 p.m. until 7.15 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. Members of the public wishing to speak may do so during the Public Forum in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders.

PROPOSALS: T1 - Lime - Fell the tree
LOCATION: 35, Witham Road, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6RW
REASON(S): T1 - Lime - Tree is leaning towards the house and overhanging the house. Trunk is rotten. Tree surgeon stated it’s dangerous and needs removing. Do not intend on replanting due to it being too close to the house and other trees.

REASON(S): T1 - Douglas Fir - It has been confirmed that it is a poor specimen split into 2 stems and looks weak.

Both Trees lean quite badly we removed the middle one a few years ago with the hope that it would improve both these trees
but it has not and no growth has filled in. The trees continue to shed pines and sap onto the cars below .The one on the LHS
leans over.
